description

Probably one of the most famous dishes to come out of Thailand, Pad Thai is a vibrant rice noodle dish which harmoniously blends sweet, tangy, and savoury flavours. The noodles are stir fried with egg and variety of vegetables and served with crushed peanuts, chilli powder and a lemon or lime wedge on the side. Can add chicken or fried tofu for £1 or prawns for £2. Can omit the egg and/or substitute fish sauce if requested, to make this vegan.

  • £8.95 serves one as a main course, or two people as a side dish
  • +£1 for chicken, or tofu, +£2 for prawns
  • Can be made without egg and fish sauce to make it vegan
  • Peanuts can also be omitted by request
  • Best eaten hot straight away but can be reheated at home in the microwave

    Banquet Menu

    We had Gait's Banquet menu for Friday night supper. Everything was super-delicious and beautifully presented. I especially loved the salmon ginger soy dish and the chicken and garlic one was a favourite with others. I can thoroughly recommend Gait and will definitely order from her again.

    Gait catered for a party of 10. Fantastic communication, fresh tasty food and something for everyone vegetarian, vegan and gluten free! Will definitely be ordering again and again. If you love Thai food you'll not be disappointed.
