description

Pad kee mow translates as drunken noodles as the spiciness is considered a good hangover cure. I've given this dish a western fusion twist, using wholemeal spaghetti in place of rice noodles and standard basil. The flavours are bold & spicy, with salty umami from the soy and oyster sauces, heat from the chilis, and freshness from the aromatic basil. The dish is stir-fried with a variety of vegetables such as baby corn, peppers and broccoli.

      • £8.95 per portion, serves one person as a main course
      • + £1 for addition of tofu or chicken
      • Oyster sauce can be substituted to make this dish vegan
      • Best enjoyed hot and eaten straight away, but can be reheated in the microwave

    Banquet Menu

    We had Gait's Banquet menu for Friday night supper. Everything was super-delicious and beautifully presented. I especially loved the salmon ginger soy dish and the chicken and garlic one was a favourite with others. I can thoroughly recommend Gait and will definitely order from her again.

    Gait catered for a party of 10. Fantastic communication, fresh tasty food and something for everyone vegetarian, vegan and gluten free! Will definitely be ordering again and again. If you love Thai food you'll not be disappointed.
