My dad's favourite dish, this spicy stir fry combines umami flavours with garlic, chilli and basil. This is served the traditional way with the chicken minced, not sliced, which soaks up more flavour from the sauce. This can be cooked using tofu instead of chicken and/or mushroom sauce instead of oyster sauce, to make this a vegan/vegetarian option and/or mollusc free. Please specify any requirements in the notes. Note images show only the chicken option.

  • Best eaten as main dish with rice (not included, please order separately)
  • Best enjoyed hot and eaten straight away, but can be reheated in the microwave

    Banquet Menu

    We had Gait's Banquet menu for Friday night supper. Everything was super-delicious and beautifully presented. I especially loved the salmon ginger soy dish and the chicken and garlic one was a favourite with others. I can thoroughly recommend Gait and will definitely order from her again.

    Gait catered for a party of 10. Fantastic communication, fresh tasty food and something for everyone vegetarian, vegan and gluten free! Will definitely be ordering again and again. If you love Thai food you'll not be disappointed.
