This is one of my own favourite dishes, especially when I want to get away from fried food and eat more healthy. The salmon fish is steamed to perfection with an aromatic soy and sesame oil sauce, infused with the fragrant essence of fresh ginger and vibrant spring onions.This is best served eaten as a main course with rice (not included, please order separately).
