description

Deliciously marinated chicken thighs (favoured by Thai's as it's much more succulent), that have been grilled to perfection, served with a sweet chilli sauce. Another special recipe from my dad, since recipes for kai yang can vary from chef to chef. This is a great dish paired with the somtum-style coleslaw and sticky rice or steamed rice (not included, please order separately).
        • £8.95 serves one as a main course
        • Best eaten hot straight away but can be reheated at home in the microwave/air -fryer/oven

    Banquet Menu

    We had Gait's Banquet menu for Friday night supper. Everything was super-delicious and beautifully presented. I especially loved the salmon ginger soy dish and the chicken and garlic one was a favourite with others. I can thoroughly recommend Gait and will definitely order from her again.

    Gait catered for a party of 10. Fantastic communication, fresh tasty food and something for everyone vegetarian, vegan and gluten free! Will definitely be ordering again and again. If you love Thai food you'll not be disappointed.
