Fried eggs with crispy golden egg whites and soft yolk in the middle. Served drizzled with a sweet, savoury and tangy tamarind sauce and garnished with crispy fried shallots, chillis and coriander.

      • £7.50 per portion (4 eggs, serves 1 person as a main course or 2 people as a side dish)
      •  Best eaten as main dish with rice (not included, order separately), or shared between two as side dish
      • Best enjoyed hot and eaten straight away, but can be reheated in the microwave

      Gorgeous!

      Fantastic to have Thai food like this on our doorstep! It was very fresh and deep flavours, absolutely hit the spot, will have again.

      Banquet Menu

      We had Gait's Banquet menu for Friday night supper. Everything was super-delicious and beautifully presented. I especially loved the salmon ginger soy dish and the chicken and garlic one was a favourite with others. I can thoroughly recommend Gait and will definitely order from her again.

      Gait catered for a party of 10. Fantastic communication, fresh tasty food and something for everyone vegetarian, vegan and gluten free! Will definitely be ordering again and again. If you love Thai food you'll not be disappointed.
