description

Grilled skewers of chicken which have been marinated in curry powder and turmeric to give it its signature golden yellow hue. Served with traditional Thai peanut sauce made from ground peanuts, coconut milk and red curry.

  • £6.50 for 4 skewers and can be eaten as a side dish or starter.
  • Satay should be served warm. Can be reheated in oven, microwave or air fryer. Peanut sauce can also be heated up according to preference.
  • Can be made vegan by substituting the fish sauce in the marinade (fish sauce alternative is not gluten free).
  • There are no peanuts in the chicken, only the accompanying sauce, so let me know in order notes if you would prefer no sauce.

    Banquet Menu

    We had Gait's Banquet menu for Friday night supper. Everything was super-delicious and beautifully presented. I especially loved the salmon ginger soy dish and the chicken and garlic one was a favourite with others. I can thoroughly recommend Gait and will definitely order from her again.

    Gait catered for a party of 10. Fantastic communication, fresh tasty food and something for everyone vegetarian, vegan and gluten free! Will definitely be ordering again and again. If you love Thai food you'll not be disappointed.
