Feijoada (pronounced fay-jwa-da)  is one of the most well-known dishes in Brazilian cuisine. My recipe has been adapted accordingly to my family's taste and the availability of ingredients.

Usually, feijoada will have a lot of pork; but I have replaced it with vegan sausages and bacon which tastes delicious! The dish comes with farofa (seasoned cassava flour), rice, fried bananas, steamed greens, and my chilli sauce. A filling meal, especially for weekends.

    I ordered 3 Chilean empanadas and they were absolutely delicious. The dough was delicate and moist, the filling was juicy and full of flavour. My daughter finished hers in 5 minutes! Definitely will order them again. Thank you Mireya!

    We had the Chilean Empanadas and they were AMAZING!!! The meat were very delicious and the gluten free pastry was the best I ever had.I will be having those empanadas every week.
