£26.95, serves two Paella is perhaps the best-known dish of Spanish origin in the world and gets its name from the large pan in which it is cooked. This one contains squid, prawns, mussels and whole Jumbo king prawns. Seafood Paella is the most popular dish to eat sitting by the sea on our popular beach bars/restaurants called “chiringuitos” with a large and refreshing Sangria to drink. In Spain we have a large variety of fresh fish and seafood available, so there is always the opportunity to eat this delicious delicacy practically everywhere. All my paellas are cooked with the unique Spanish smoked and sweet paprika "pimentón de la vera" from -La Vera- Extremadura, premium Spanish saffron from -La Mancha- considered the best in the world, Spanish extra virgin Olive oil, and of course, rice from Valencia. This is an authentic and supremely tasty paella.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our Spanish meal. We needed to be sure we were ordering gluten free and dairy free dishes and Rosa made this really easy, making our choices very clear and double checking what ingredients to use. We ordered Gazpacho, Patavas Bravas, Chorizo in Cider and Seafood Paella. Each dish was excellent and Rosa's attention to detail was great. The compostable packaging was a bonus and communicating with Rosa was so easy. We will definitely be ordering from Rosa again. :)

    Delicious!😋

    We enjoyed a fabulous seafood paella, as well as a great vegetarian paella and some very tasty tapas. The food was perfectly cooked and beautifully seasoned. There were no leftovers !!!     Delicious seafood paella, Gambas al Ajillo and Patatas Bravas! We ordered for a mid-week treat. It was lovely to not have to cook that night and enjoy our evening together. Really authentic and we felt the love in our home-cooked meal. Thank you so much Rosa.

    My friend and I really enjoyed Rosa’s Seafood Paella. It was absolutely delicious: beautifully flavoured with a good balance of seafood to perfectly textured rice. Rosa also included a sample for us to try of her gazpacho which was excellent and a lovely start to our Spanish meal. Accompanied by a chilled white wine and a light dessert, by the end we were very satisfied. We can highly recommend Rosa’s cooking!

    I bought some paella for me and my mother today with pork sausages and it was delicious. My mum said it was very tasty, she was particularly impressed with the Russian Salad. Seeing my mother happy makes me happy. I polished off the last of paella wanting more, even though I was full. Excellent food. I think I'm a concert to Spanish cuisine. Rosa rocks.

    We have just had a delicious Seafood Paella from Rosa. A wonderful family Sunday lunch in the garden. Very generous portions with that authentic flavour that took us back to holidays.....imagining we were in a lovely beach front restaurant with a jug of Sangria. Great for sharing. The tortilla was perfect too.We will definitely be ordering again. Next time we shall try more of the tapas things too.Thank you Rosa
