Šopska salad is the ultimate salad served with everything, from mixed grills, pies, stews…. to most meat and vegetarian dishes. It’s a simple combination of cucumber, tomato, pepper and onion topped with Travnik cheese, seasoned with oil and vinegar. It is refreshing and cuts through the richness of any meat based dish. With crusty bread it’s a lovely light meal.

  • One £7 portion will serve 2 people as a side dish
  • Suitable for Vegetarians and is Gluten-free
  • Can be made vegan on request
  • Best served cold with our pies - burek and zeljanica - as well as djulbastije
