Proper peri peri sauce is hard to come by in the UK. After trying everything available I gave up and decided to create my own. Much research, much trial and error, and many variations later, I can confidently declare that this is IT! The real mccoy - Mozambique / Portugese style deliciousness. Medium hot and perfect on prawns, chicken, potato wedges, etc...
