My favourite vegetarian curries, all hugely popular in the Gujarat region of India. All curries serve one person as a main meal, but would be nice with an addition of rice or bread (can be purchased separately).

  1. Unhhiyu - very traditional Gujarati curry, slow cooked with seasonal vegetables - £8
  2. Sev Tomato - sweer and sour tomato curry topped with sev (crispy Indian snacks) - £6
  3. Baingan Bharta - smokey and mashed aubergine curry with onions and spices - £7
  4. Moong Masala - moong bean curry similar to dal, cooked with ginger and garlic - £7
  5. Lasaniya Bataka - baby potatoes cooked in a hot and spicy garlicky sauce - £7
  6. Dak Khichdi - a healthy Indian dish made with rice and moong lentils - £7
  7. Mixed veg - a mixed vegetable curry, full of spices and goodness! - £6
