all about us
We are a couple originally from Philippines, using our very own kitchen we would like to showcase our delicious Filipino cuisine. The majority of Filipino food has a very particular taste between sweet, sour and salty. Like many cuisines, the food of the Philippines evolved for taste and necessity. So what exactly is Filipino food? Visitors trying the food in the Philippines for the first time may find it similar to Spanish food. Some will pick up on the strong Chinese influences.
all about our food
We would like to cook our Filipino favourites like Adobo. The most popular Filipino food and referred to as the unofficial national dish of the Philippines, Adobo is commonly chicken or Pork simmered in vinegar, garlic, black peppercorns, soy sauce, and bay leaves.
We also enjoy cooking:
•Kare kare - beef stew with thick peanut sauce and a hint of salted shrimp.
•Crispy belly- (Deep-Fried Pork Belly)
•Lumpiang Shanghai or commonly know as spring rolls.
. Pork siomai
.Veggie Lumpia
We also offer Filipino desserts such as sweet sticky rice (kakanin), leche flan, as well as Buko Pandan, which is made with gulaman cubes, tropical palm fruits, shredded young coconut in sweetened cream. It is rich, creamy, and loaded with pandan flavor, as a Filipino classic dessert, it is sure to be a crowd favourite.

We had Russel and Quelly's food last week and WOW! So flavourful and authentic, it was so nice meeting them both and hearing about their influences and cooking methods. Russel shows us his technique to get dipping sauce into the spring rolls and now our lives have changed 🤣 they're a great couple and amazing cooks!

Thank you Russel and Quelly, the food was delicious and beautifully presented. We have never had Filipino food before and the whole family enjoyed the meal. At our request the chilli was left out which was really helpful.
