Buffalo Chicken Wings are very popular all over the world. The chicken wings are marinated in salt, pepper and calamansi juice, then dredged in a mix made with all purpose flour, corn starch, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and fried in oil. It is then added to a hot buffalo sauce made with butter, garlic, hot sauce, ketchup, brown sugar and soy sauce and cooked further to make tasty buffalo wings.

It has savoury and spicy taste that you will surely enjoy with steamed rice.

    We had Russel and Quelly's food last week and WOW! So flavourful and authentic, it was so nice meeting them both and hearing about their influences and cooking methods. Russel shows us his technique to get dipping sauce into the spring rolls and now our lives have changed 🤣 they're a great couple and amazing cooks!

    Thank you Russel and Quelly, the food was delicious and beautifully presented. We have never had Filipino food before and the whole family enjoyed the meal. At our request the chilli was left out which was really helpful.
