descriptionA French classic, of course, with my personal touch! I make my own shortcrust pastry - always with butter - usually mixing plain & some other flour (einkorn, spelt, wholemeal or buckwheat). The filling will depend on the seasonal vegetables available. Pictured here: broccoli & sweet potato. Other options include leek & mushrooms or leek & sweet potato. Please specify when ordering.
