My classic Mississippi mud pie has a thick and rich chocolate filling, but is balanced beautifully with its creamy texture and buttery biscuit base.All of my American inspired sweet pies are made with dairy free ingredients, sourced locally where possible. Each pie has a biscuit base and the filling is similar to a light cheesecake consistency.
