Born and raised in Bristol, I have always been passionate about food - both consuming and creating! I love baking and seeing a delicious treat develop before your eyes. Having 2 children and being a project manager by day keeps me busy, but there's always time to bake pies!

I specialise in American inspired (sweet) pies which are dairy free and vegan. My mum taught me the baking basics, but my recent baking has been self-taught. I have made pies for over 10 years however in 2020 I had to seriously change the ingredients as my daughter has a severe dairy allergy which means we cannot risk handling dairy in our home. As a result of this, and wanting to provide our daughter with delicious desserts, a dairy free alternative was developed. My friends and family say my dairy free pies are even better than the dairy versions!
