We are growing our team and are looking for someone to join us as a Website and Operations Co-ordinator. This role requires an organised, methodical person who is willing to get stuck into the business operations and website.
As a new business we are keen to make our processes as smooth and efficient as possible so having someone who loves an organised workflow and using technology to make this happen is key to what we are looking for.
Ideally, the candidate would have experience of using a CRM (we use Zoho, but having an understanding of any CRM would be beneficial); they would have project management experience and experience of administrating an eCommerce website. (we use WooCommerce, WordPress and WCFM). We currently use an outsourced developer for our core website development, and this role involves coordinating with him on the website development.
There is a creative side to this role as well as we require someone to optimise our graphics on the website, our photography and our marketing material, so experience of using software such as Adobe or Figma to do this is highly beneficial.
We are a small but growing team, so there will be an element of managing junior team members. We all work collaboratively and there is an opportunity to be creatively involved in many areas of the business.
For the time being this is a part-time role for 3 days a week with a salary up to £30,000 pro-rata. As a family-friendly company, we are happy to offer up to 6 weeks unpaid leave as part of our benefits by arrangement.
