I moved around a lot during my childhood and was lucky enough to try lots of different cuisines, and my love of food has continued to grow since then! I was a chef in London for 3 years but moved back into an office role just before moving to Bristol and I very much love the magic of being in the kitchen!

I've learnt to cook from a range of different influences and love making simple food with big flavours. I think every meal should be delicious, so my aim is to create things that make that a bit easier to achieve; be it a side of focaccia, a sprinkle of dukkah, or a gooey chocolate cookie for pud.
