I grew up just outside Bristol and reflective of my background - British, Jamaican and Indian-style dishes were always firm favourites at home growing up. My Dad is a former chef, and my Mum has a natural flair for cooking, so from an early age I was certainly used to food being packed with flavour!  This came to inspire my own cooking style over the years. I am definitely a foodie and am really enthusiastic about experimenting with and of course eating great food!  I like to put a twist on the usual when it comes to cooking and love challenging myself to create healthier versions of foods I enjoy. I love being creative in the kitchen and with a personal interest in healthier and allergy-friendly food choices, this set me on my path to create a variety of flavoursome, nutritionally packed recipes I can share with others. I am inspired by how particular foods not only taste great but offer a range of heath benefits and I enjoy the feel-good factor that healthy cooking gives, both physically and mentally.

My food represents a healthy twist on new and traditional recipes. I want to show that healthy food can be made interesting with a little creativity. Finding healthy, satisfying, dishes to take-away that are free-from a range of allergens is not always easy. My dishes are original, healthy and nutritious without compromising on flavour.  With my dishes being naturally free from most allergens, I pride myself on catering to a range of tastes and dietary requirements including dairy free, vegetarian, gluten free, anti-inflammatory and refined sugar-free. I love developing recipes from scratch, experimenting with flavours and putting my own take on regular meals.  I've developed wholesome dishes I enjoy making and am excited to share more of my recipes with you soon...
