Originally from Brazil, I was 18 when I moved to France which became my home country. In 2013, our family relocated to Bristol which gave me the opportunity to raise my 3 children and change my career path – I’m a recent graduate translator, aiming to specialise in gastronomy and culinary language!I’ve always liked baking and my curiosity for food grew in France. I really think that there is something magical about mixing and combining different ingredients to make tasteful and beautiful (very important!) bread, pastries, quiches etc...When I’m baking, I feel good, I don’t see the time passing and it boosts my energy levels! Good quality ingredients inspire me, but it’s the bonding over baking and cooking experience that I love most.

I love to bake and make different things, from simple bread to more elaborate desserts. My products certainly reflect my Brazilian roots as well as my love for French cuisine. However, being curious about food, I am always keen to try worldwide recipes...Amongst other things, I’ll be baking delicious stuffed bread and pies (my favourites as a child) and wonderful quiches, brioches and French pâtisserie.
