all about meHi, I'm Mrunal and I have lived in Bristol for 6 years. I'm originally from Mumbai, India. After completing my degree in Aerospace Engineering from Swansea, I moved to Bristol to work for my dream company Airbus. Being so far away from home, I craved decent Indian street food, and finally decided to do something about it and create my own. Visiting street food markets is a popular weekend activity in Bristol and I fell in love with this vibe. This combined with my newly created yummy dishes lead to my street food business Bombay Brunch coming into existence. I met Claire from All About The Cooks in October 2019, knowing the value and importance of good, nutritious homecooked food, I was inspired. I now want to share these yummy dishes with the lovely people of Bristol and spread the goodness of healthy Indian food through this amazing platform!
about my foodMumbai - a land of countless, lip-smacking street food delicacies. All that I've ever relished in Mumbai, I couldn't get off my taste buds or from my memory. The idea of my foods is to change the perception that Indian food is unhealthy and full of calories. My homemade Indian street food is nutritious, made with fresh ingredients and packed full of delicious flavours. I am a strong believer in promoting local businesses, as we are one too! So all my perishable ingredients come to, me fresh, straight from local sellers and vendors. So come enjoy a slice of Mumbai, served to you fresh in Bristol.
