We are both passionate about food and have worked in the food manufacturing industry for 20 years between us. We met as food technologists working with fermented foods in Shropshire in 2017, and in March 2023 we took the plunge and decided to start a food business in Bristol. We love product development and love to create delicious dishes with a focus on health and making you feel good!about our food
Our focus is vegetarian food with a focus on gut health. We are really interested in the role our gut health plays in our overall health and develop our recipes with this in mind. We use whole, minimally processed ingredients, loads of veg, extra virgin olive oil and homemade ferments.see more..

Amazing staff lunch!
We ordered food on behalf of a client for their staff lunch. The feedback was brilliant - they loved the variety and colour of the dishes, and said it made a great change from the normal 'beige spread' at lunch buffets. They have already booked in for another lunch this month! Thanks Meg and Rachel.
