Hi, my name is John and I am a born and bred Bristolian! I've always had a huge passion for food and started cooking at a very young age, learning from watching TV cooking shows, then giving it a go and learning from my mistakes. I am a painter and decorator by trade, but I am trying to make the switch to the food industry. I was a contestant on MasterChef 2023, where I had the opportunity to cook for John and Greg and get some professional guidance and advice, which was brilliant. about my food
Since my daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, I have had to completely rethink the way I am cooking. I am now championing low-carb, refined sugar-free cooking for her, and also my three other daughters, but ensuring it is still playful, creative, and ultimately, delicious. For this reason I am offering low-carb sugar-free alternatives to help diabetics, or anyone who is interested in avoiding sugar as a healthy lifestyle choice.see more..
