I am a self-taught vegan chef and baker with experience working in kitchens in the UK and America. I have hosted supper clubs, facilitated workshops, catered retreats and have led a kitchen team and designed menus for a busy cafe. After 9 years of being vegan, I have perfected a number of bakes with my carrot cake being a consistent favourite. My baked goods have made it as far as Germany and even Australia. There is nothing I love more than making people happy with food.about my food
