I am a self-taught chef and food enthusiast. My main cuisine stems from the beautiful island of Mauritius. I have always had a passion for cooking and sharing my food. In my free time you can find me experimenting new recipes. Just like the diverse ethnicity of the island of Mauritius, the fusion of flavours resounds Mauritian Cuisine.
