This package comes with some of my healthy staples including rich soups, flavourful broths, flapjacks and so much more, it makes it the perfect gift for new parents. This gift package includes:

Soups/ broths

• Turmeric and ginger infused soup - warming and soothing squash and mix veg soup with fresh ginger and turmeric (4 portions 1L glass bottle)

Mains

• Nourishing, tasty and family-friendly meals, made with doula love and nutritionally appropriate for the postpartum period. The meals change based on the season or availability of produce - such as stews, dahls and light curries. Nutrient dense, rich in iron, rich fats and proteins - from both veggie and animal sources - and enriched with veggie or bone broth (4 portions of 300g per serving)
• Green mac and cheese, creamy, tasty and cheesy tray bake enriched with bone or veggie broth and veggies - leek, courgette, brocolli, spinach and a touch of mustard and basil (2 portions 750g in total)
• Roasted tomato and pasta sauce - perfect for days when you need a ready-made sauce that is both tasty and nutrient dense. Made with slow-roasted tomatoes, garlic, carrots, beetroot, leek and basil (2 jars 250g per jar)

Meal toppings

• Toasted seed mix (4 jars, 100g per jar) a mix of linseed, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame and hemp seeds - toasted and seasoned with soy sauce. Perfect for topping your soups or meals.

Sweet treats

• Box of soft baked tahini flapjacks, gooey on the inside and golden on the outside, these flapjacks are the perfect snack for when you are sleep deprived, tired and/or breastfeeding. Made with GF oats, a seed mix, almonds and dates and enriched with velvety tahini and honey (6 portions, 300g in total)
