Rustic free-form tart with a sweet ricotta filling topped with pear and hazelnuts. Can be enjoyed at room temperature or gently warmed in an oven. Best served with cream, ice cream or thick yoghurt. I change the fruit for the galette based on what is in season, but if you have any requests please tell me in the order notes.- £16 for whole galette, serves 8-10

Delicious cookies
I bought a box of the Walnut Choc-Chip NYC Cookies, I made the mistake of opening them when some friends were visiting. The cookies disappeared so quickly. They were absolutely delicious!
