I'm from Bristol and I love this city. I've worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years, 10 of which I have worked as a private chef. Cooking is my therapy and there's nothing better than giving someone enjoyment using the wonderful produce we have available in the city.all about my food
 Of recent years I have had more of a focus on sustainability by using local, seasonal produce and only wild meats such as venison, rabbit etc. I like to provide a different experience that educates people, and shows them that they can make choices that are better for themselves, other people and the environment. I enjoy cooking anything from comfort food for a Friday night in, to 5 course dinner parties with friends or a larger group for special events such as weddings or birthday parties. I've cooked for many clients ranging from volunteering on Christmas for the homeless to celebrities and their fancy friends. I just simply love to cook whatever the occasion.see more..

Sunday Lunch
We all really enjoyed our Sunday Lunch from Melissa yesterday. We had the chicken feast for 4 with an extra portion of beef and extra gravy. The meat was really delicious - good quality and very well-cooked. The portions were very generous too - we had lots of leftovers for bubble and squeak tonight. I also really liked the idea of 'reheat at home' which meant that we could just get everything ready in a leisurely way for when we wanted it, whilst I concentrated on the crumble and custard for pudding!
