all about me
Hello, my name is Grace and I'm originally from Cameroon in Centre Africa. I am a fitness and health coach specialising in holistic African dance with a whole approach method. Mind, body and healthy food. For me, dance is freedom, dance is passion, dance is life and dance is a holistic solution. Dance has played a major part in my life and given me the opportunity to travel the world with my own dance company.I have fought many battles with cancer and dance has helped me to take control of that fight and many others as well, as I run dance and wellbeing classes. That is why my healthy sauce creation is all about dance! Two battles with cancer made me consider all elements of my life – including how to eat healthily as well as still enjoying a diet that’s full of taste, vibrancy and fun. This is what led me to develop my own range of amazing sauces.all about my food
The Makossa sauce range is really a passion project of mine, made from the freshest Scotch bonnet chillies to create a healthy hot sauce full of flavours with no sugar, preservatives or colourings. They are completely vegan and gluten free. Makossa is a Cameroonian dance and music genre.
