Best dessert ever!
All layers of Charlotte's cake had their own texture and savour ; we were so impressed. It really seems to be from a professional chef! The cake didn't feel heavy but tasted like a real treat. It was so delicious that my husband, who doesn't like sweet things, took 2 slices of it and wanted more! We will definitely buy another treat from Charlotte!

Lemon and Hazelnut tart
Charlotte’s tart was just perfect! The crust was buttery and crispy and the combination of hazelnut and lemon cream was just very good. The presentation was beautiful and looked like it was made by a pastry chef. Charlotte offered us a little box of “Merci” biscuits. We appreciated the gesture and our kids devoured the treats. Thank you and we’re looking forward to a special occasion to order the rhubarb tart.
