description

A sweet heavenly moist vanilla cake covered with whipped cream and a drizzle of vanilla syrup. This dessert originated in Mexico but is very popular all across South America. It is similar in concept to tiramisu but has a very different flavour profile. It all starts with a vanilla sponge that once cooled is drenched in a luscious mixture of "tres leches" or three kinds of milk: Sweet condensed milk, evaporated milk and double cream. This is then left to rest to allow all those wonderful flavours to be absorbed. Finally, it's all covered with a thin layer of whipped cream because, why not!

  • The standard is 8'' round, serving 8-10 people or 10” serves around 16 people

    BEAUTIFUL Roscón de Reyes

    I ordered a Roscón de Reyes and my order was a "last minute order" as I found Ximena's Roscón de Reyes on Friday 5th January after midday. I was able to place my order and to pick up my Roscón de Reyes on the same day (Friday 5th January) Thank You very much Ximena!! I ordered a Roscón de Reyes and it was beautiful and so so very delicious 😋😋😋😍🤩😍🤩. I'm Spanish and I have eaten a lot Roscón de Reyes in Spain and Ximena's Roscón de Reyes could be one of the best I had eaten. I will be ordering more from Ximena and I definitely recommend Ximena.

    Delicious!!

    I ordered a Roscón de Reyes to surprise my partner who is from Valencia. When I picked it up it was still warm from being freshly baked that morning and was absolutely delicious. My partner said that it was one of the best he had ever tasted! We will definitely be ordering from Ximena again - thank you so much!

    Beautiful and tasty bakes!

    I ordered one of Ximena's Lemon Pies and her Vegan Bakewell Tart for a dinner party. So glad to have found her as these are two deserts I don't know how to make myself. I've never given a try to vegan baking so wanted to make sure our vegan friends would have a tasty option for desserts and it was absolutely excellent! Thank you so much Ximena!

    Beautiful and delicious cake

    Ximena made a beautiful 3-tiered birthday cake for my boyfriend's 40th. She was very prompt to accept the order and great at communicating. The cake looked absolutely stunning and tasted amazing! It was a chocolate cake with salted caramel filling, decorated beautifully with flowers and mini chocolates. Thank you so much Ximena, I know where you are for next time!

    Grandma's Lemon Pie

    I ordered 3 Grandma's Lemmon Pies for a party. They were to die for! and very tasty! Not too sweet. All guests enjoyed them. Ximena was responsive and on time, the cakes were beautifully and professionally presented. Highly recommended!

    Ximena made me a custom celebration cake for a friend's 30th. It was absolutely stunning and tasted as good as it looked! She added fresh orange slices, little flowers, meringue kisses and little yellow icing flowers to the three tiered lemon cake - absolutely smashing the brief! Will definitely be ordering again next time I need a cake! Thank you Ximena.

    I LOVED the tres leches cake. I am originally from Venezuela so tres leches is a common cake back home, my husband is English and had never tried this cake before, and he said it was the best cake he has ever had. Ximena’s tres leches will become a staple celebratory cake in my home as long as she keeps baking !! Gracias Ximena I loved loved lovedddd it and I will come back for more!
