Torta Pasqualina – a pastry cake stuffed with spinach, ricotta, parmesan, nutmeg and eggs.

It’s usually eaten as an appetizer on Easter day, but is also very popular during “Pasquetta”, a celebration the day after Easter. It is suitable for freezing.

Pre order your Pasqualina for collection Wednesday and Thursday (5-7pm) or Good Friday (by 3 pm).

delivery & special arrangements

Collection on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Deliveries for purchases over £20 might be available, however, I will need to confirm this beforehand. Deliveries from BS5 up to 1 mile are free, further away £4 fee. All orders must be placed 2 days in advance.
