A two-course set menu for a minimum of two people. The special is optional and will change every Monday. The menu will be available to order from Monday to Thursday lunchtime and will be delivered on Saturday! 2 person minimum.
THE MAIN:
Lancashire Hotpot: slowly cooked organic neck fillet and best end of lamb with onions and thyme, topped with layered potatoes.

THE PUDDING:
Chocolate and Orange Mousse: Dark Chocolate and grated orange zest. A simple chocolate mousse, a recipe from “Leith’s Techniques Bible”. To accompany our Diploma in Food and Wine we were given 3 texts books and this recipe was in one of them. In the ’80s and ’90s when Wilson’s Restaurant was in London, I made this pudding frequently for our Sunday Lunch menu.
