A flavour rich quiche Lorraine which is great for an easy lunch or dinner, or to take to a party or picnic. Made using a homemade shortcrust pastry, using organic flour and organic butter.Gently baked to keep the filling soft and moist, it is packed full of organic eggs, free range cheddar, thinly sliced caramelised onions and lots of fresh mixed green herbs.

Having offered to contribute a pudding for dinner at friends, then finding myself with a particularly busy week, I ordered Cherry Pie and Custard from Rhiannon. It was an absolute hit! Sweet, buttery pastry, delicious soft dark cherries, and proper, made-from-scratch custard. Just collected it from her on the way and popped in the oven to warm through when we were ready for it.
