  • 2 x 24 hour slow proved dough balls made with Caputo flour from Naples, Semolina, San Marzano tomato sauce, Fior di Latte mozzarella, parmesan, Italian fennel sausage, pancetta, caramelised red onion, chestnuts, and fresh sage.
  • Full step-by-step instructions are included in the kit
  • Suitable for Vegetarians
  • Best served hot. Pizza kits can be kept for up to 2 days refrigerated.
