Buddha bowls are nourishing ‘one bowl meals’.
Mine contain at least 4 of your 5-a-day, as pulses count towards one portion of vegetables. Content varies each week and will always include:
– one portion of grain (here couscous, gluten free options available)
– one portion of home-soaked & home-cooked pulses (chickpeas or other)
– 4 different vegetables (roasted peppers, 1/2 an avocado, cooked beetroot, sautéed mushrooms)
Topped with roasted seeds & sprinkled with pomegranate seeds.
Dressing available – add £0.50 (specify if yoghurt & dill or French vinaigrette) please state in the order notes
