I grew up just outside Bristol and reflective of my background – British, Jamaican and Indian-style dishes were always firm favourites at home growing up. My Dad is a former chef, and my Mum has a natural flair for cooking, so from an early age I was certainly used to food being packed with flavour! This came to inspire my own cooking style over the years.
I am definitely a foodie and am really enthusiastic
